How did you come up with the name of your business? I came up with this (very long) name about 15 years ago to describe my design and project management skills for residential remodels. I figured it sums it up.
What products or services do you offer? I offer design of residential homes, bathrooms, kitchens, spacial planning, additions etc. I work for the client and help them select an Architect, Engineer and Contractors as needed. I can put together a budget and help select fixtures, cabinets, hardware, flooring, tile, lighting, window types siding and decking etc.
How has your business changed during COVID-19, whether with products, services, or otherwise? COVID-19 stopped all Construction, we are slowly getting back but it is difficult to navigate going into someone's home to assess their needs. We will have to be careful with gloves, booties, masks hand sanitizers and wipes. On the upswing many clients have had to hunker down at home and are anxious to fix what was not working for their families the past 4 months.
Why did you pick Katonah for your place of business? I picked Katonah because I live here and was raising my family. Not wanting to commute too far as I had when working in the city for luxury retail in the past.
What's the best part about being a small business owner? The best part of being a small business owner is the freedom to work in my own way and my own time.
What's the best way people can buy your product or service? The best way to buy my services is ask my for a Design Consultation (with appropriate PPE).On
